I started a workout routine yesterday. I am 5'6 190lbs. 34 year old male, smoked for over 10 years and quit about 2 years ago. Today while doing some strenuous exercise i began to feel a sharp chest pain located an inch to the left of the center of my chest. Basically felt like right where my heart would be. My grandma is 84.She is getting frequent heart pains and vomiting.she got ECG done,nothing found. She has been advised with medicine like Betaloc 25,pantocid DSR, Cardace 5, Zapiz 0.5 but still she is not getting well. She is still getting heart ache and vomiting. Kindly advise.

I've been having some kind of pain in my wrist. Sometimes in my upper arm. my heart some times palpitates or flutters, and sometimes I get a slight pinching pain or tingle near my heart(or at least it feels like it).
