I observed Pain in chest while breathing.Also checked from family doctor .He said heartbeat decreased.

When I am sitting on table I feel a push and drag in my body at regular interval with my heart beat as if my heart is beating at normal speed but with high force . I can see my heartbeat in stomach also. I have also discomfort in chest area . My echo and tmt are normal. What can be reason and which type of doctor should I consult?

Got my lipid profile results just now: Total Cholesterol 203 HDL 41.6 Triglycerides 135 LDL Cholesterol 134.4 Non HDL cholesterol 161.4 Chol/HDL Chol Ratio 4.9 Do I need to take medicines to control my cholesterol or diet control is sufficient? Please advice what precautions / steps need to be taken
