I have no symtom's of RHD, I have a modular AR. My doctor has suggested to have a yearly review Nd to have envas and erithromicine. I just need to ask can I get married? My tests are normal and am healthy. Kindly guide me.

Fever after angioplasty.
My 67 yr old father has undergone angioplasty 5 days back and has developed fever. Dr has given him Ceftum 500. He has consumed 2 tabs of Ceftum But fever is coming back. Also he was having constipation for 2 days so we gave him looz syrup. After that he is having loose motions.

I started following keto diet. Since April. Ever since my cholestrol has been going up. Though triglycerides are in normal range. I am 38 years. Active person. I am concerned that do i need to start medication or shld i stop keto and follow normal low carb diet to get heakth on track.?

Squeeze and uneasy in left side chest
I feel squeeze and sometimes pining on left side of chest from few days mostly in nights. Unable to sleep in night. Left hand bicep feels like something thing tied. Ecg and 2d echo done and says normal. Bp reading 21 Aug 150/100, 22aug 162/90, 142/94, 140/90. Yesterday 130/90. Pls guide me.
