Gets problm in breathing,Firsr time pain below the heart,Not getting any idea why this hapening please tell me what should i do for it

Yesterday my right arm suddenly became numb. I waited for a while to see if it would go but other symptoms surfaced like fatigue, shortness of breath and feeling of chest compression. My ECG result was abnormal and doctor said I have a leaky mitral valve and prescribed neurobion but said not to worry at all. Is my condition serious or is it fine?
