Borderline hypertensive with VSD
Hi , I'm a 19- year- old male with a VSD , I frequently measure my Blood pressure and it's often 140\100, is this considered as dangerous BP? especially for my condition (moderate VSD). My weight is normal.
I also feel a little palpitation and chest distortion after having a meal , I'm wondering about the cause.

Pain in neck
I have been seen by my Doctor as I am continuously paining on neck,brain, shoulders, sometimes in chest.
Hence, I have done my ECG which shows my HR-129 and I have done my X-ray (cervical spine AP/LAT) also which shows that Multiple margin osteophytes are seen.
Please advice further what's the consequences... Whether it's dangerous
