I am having heaviness in left side of chest and also short breathiness ., Pain in left arm and left side of upper back l I have gone by ecg , echo and tmt and all reports are normal .Even chest x ray are normal. I don't know what to do?

Very low food intake...weight is only 43kg...always feeling very very tired...practically zero energy level

While RDW-CV is high at 18.7 Iron is normal at 94.5 Ferritin is also normal Apolipoprotein-A1 is low - 81 Homocysteine is high at 31.6 HDL Direct is low at 30 TC/HDL 5.2 Alkaline Phosphat 42.5 Vit D-22.

I have been suffering with palpitation mostly at night after food . I feel it difficult to breathe ,and sleeplessness,feel pain in shoulder ,stomach and chest.
