Hello sir, My mom was suffering from heart disease and therefore pacemaker was implanted in the year 2010.But in July 2017 she went for check up and after programming everything was fine.After 5 days of checkup suddenly in the evening her heart failed and she died within minutes.What may be the reason.Is it pacemaker malfunction or other reasons ?

Feeling like my heart beating is fast and pain in chest area Total Cholesterol: 235,LDL: 149,HDL: 55 Tryclycerides: 151 Homosystene Harmone: 25.05 Uric Acid: 7.6 Apo-B: 1. ECG: 99 BPM 2DEcho and TMT tests are normal. Doctor prescribed many tables, My worry is do i need to take all the medication prescribed by dr? or can i lower with diet?
