When go to sleep in night even in day also, I feel tightness in chest and stomach and also feel uncomfortable and some strech in heart portion

I'm 40 years old and I'm taking glimisave m1 but despite this my FBS is 139 and PPL is 184, I have undergone angioplasty with 2 BMS at LAD and PLV 2months back, because I was having a major heart attack. Now I'm worried about the OM1=70℅ block and OM3=60℅ block which is also significantly blocked and my Blood Sugar.

Blood pressure is towards the higher side constantly . I am monitoring the same since last few days. Though I am not facing any problem as of now, but don't want to face any issues later due to that.

S/P CABG 5 yrs & ablation 3 yrs w complications CHF, CAD, Pulm HTN, COPD etc W/ EXERTION = ^ SOB, PO2 83-90%. Dry ^ pitched cough, facial sweats & red face. Short PVC & AF runs w/wo exertion. 3+ pitting edema 2 MDs = HF flair, 1 general cardiologist = NO HF. Dobutamine Stress Echo OK, but severe mitral regurg ignored/not addressed. Ideas please. TY

My mother took 2 pills for high blood pressure having Telmisartan (40mg), Metoprolol (25mg). She took one at 5pm and the other one at 1am. Kindly advise what should be done. Thanks!!
