My aunt has been experiencing breathlessness since few months.After walking for a short distance or even after bending down to pick up something from the floor,she gets totally out of breath.Sometimes she even feels her heart pumping rapidly. She underwent a gallstone surgery two years ago and a stent was inserted which was later removed. Why so?

I was taking disulfiram occasionally and last Saturday on 29th July I took Disulfiram 250 mg and alcohol on the same evening. I had a severe chest pain but somehow I slept and since then I have been having left side of my chest mainly back side of chest and left elbow whenever I walk a little distance. I am wondering if I had a heart attack on that

My doctor had advised Tolvaptan 15 mg BD for Low Sodium, This helped my sodium levels to come upto 135, since then my Dr tapered it to once daily. Even after a month, the level is still the same.
