Heart Problems & Remedies

I've have been feeling a sharp pain in the lower left side of chest at irregular intervals for past 5 hours . no other pai n or shortness of breath doctor. Last month I took ECG which is 100% normal result. But I am undergoing lot of stress in work and home recently. Is this a reason of my pain.

Male 46 Under hypertension medication since 10 years. Medication since last one month is Losartan 50mg at morning and Cilacar 10mg at night. Since last 3-4 months, BP in the range of 150/100, 140/100, 130/100. Palpitations occur ocassionally. Also headache in morning. Height 172 cms, weight 82 kgs TSH-6.43 RFT & Renal dopler are normal.
