2 days ago my fathar 1st strock attend at night. yesterday ECG reports attch. plz tell me wht's the report details. and what I will do?

My c-reactive protein is 75 , need i take medication or regular exercise should help? please suggest

I have been feeling chest pain from three days, The following symptoms I am facing tightness, shortness of breath, pain, squeezing sensation

I am 27 and in good physical condition, but I have trouble with heart palpitations and low blood pressure that gives me symptoms sometimes, I seem to have hot flashes/get sweaty even though I am in A/C and feel very tired whether I get sleep or not.
