As I have felt short of breath after running 10mins in tmt test . Tmt report is attached. I am having discomfort on left side along with mucus in throat. If by taking caplar e 20 my condition improves then is it mean I am having heart problem?

Sometimes after i eat, i suddenly feel a severe chest pain and after that i feel hardly to breath. also sometimes my back hurts and my shoulders due to my chest pain

Is It because of my smoking habit?
