I was hit in the side of my chest with a tennis ball(heart side). I am 16. My partner hit it really hard into me when I wasn't looking. My parents think it will be fine but I just want to check. I can walk and breath easily, but there is still pain

My mother,aged 55 is some times getting mild pain in between the chests while doing some house hold work,very mild.physician told it is because of general weakness ,is this correct ..can any one suggest what to do...
