Hypertensive response on tmt
My brother 34 year male had abnormal lipid reports and hypertensive response on tmt.has chest pain.please suggest

How abnormal are lipids? Based on that we will have suggest wether only diet and exercise will suffice or will need medicines. Need for medicines depends on overall risk profile and level of lipids. About hypertensive response on TMT if he is not on BP medicines than it calls for improving general fitness by exercise. If he is on high BP than there could be need for changing his BP medicines
