Heart palpitations,
Am using selkon tablet, but though am greeting shivering some times sweet..etc . I don't know some times I can not resist my self on over thinking of death of phobia..
I get chest pains ,arm pains,every small thing am taking it to heart and thinking too much about it..help me what is happening and how to rectify..
