Male 46 Under hypertension medication since 10 years. Medication since last one month is Losartan 50mg at morning and Cilacar 10mg at night. Since last 3-4 months, BP in the range of 150/100, 140/100, 130/100. Palpitations occur ocassionally. Also headache in morning. Height 172 cms, weight 82 kgs TSH-6.43 RFT & Renal dopler are normal.

Echo and tmt normal and still mild pain or discomfort left side of chest .Why?Reason.Can i go for Angio
