Gas Problem or left chest pain sometimes

I having gas problem.. chest pain also coming in the left chest area.. i taken medicines but in the left chest coming pain sometimes when bending, taking breath sometime... this all symtoms are occur from gas???

These can occur due to gas but you need to rule out any heart disease if ur symptoms are occurring on exertion. Tread mill test will help u rule out cardiac problem.
