What tests were done to rule out heart disease? Did she under go tread mill test. If all cardiac tests including tread mill test are done and report normal than we can assume to be related to acidity. If she not done the tests than it's better to have echo and TMT done. She is very high risk for heart disease because of underplaying diseases. So any pain should be treated as suspicious of heart problem
