Can I continue cardio exercise like running, jogging, push up, sit up and light weight lifting such as dumbbell while under medication of concor 2.5, paxidep cr 25 and nexpro rd 40. I'm having panic disorder and concentric LVH. I want to do it 30 to 40 min for 5 days. Otherwise I am gaining weight. It is 70 kg with 5'3" of height. What should I do

You can start with walks. The medications are for panic disorder. If you can meditate or divert your mind to some other activity that you enjoy, you can get rid of these medicines. LVH probably is not due to hypertension. It can also be seen in athletes
