Check my TMT report at work load of 6.8km/hr. I am 31 yr old . Having a chest pain. And I have normal 2d echo and ecg too

I have normal tests ofECG ,2D echo , TMT . But still I am having a pain in chest at both the sides of sternum (4th costocondral junction). Also at apex of heart and back pain below medial border of scapula. The all pain is located as a single point at above given locations differently. Plz tell me the reason and what should I do???

Test done for high blood pressure problem 99/150 / / 105/155 and some blood in urine before 3months and testing done in aiims.

From 2months I'm having fast heart beat , which can be heard all over the body and shaking hands and fingers , I'm unable to sleep due to the sound of the heart , I have upper left abdomen pain as soon as I have solid food which transfer the pain to back also, I'm confused please let me know what kind of diseases is it , and which doctor to meet
