I have chest pain for last one week. and Echo shows normal.but TMT is mild positive for inducible Ischemia.My cholesterol HDL.34 TRIGLYCERIDES 195 Total cholesterol 209 .I am a non smoker..I already seen a cardiologist.He suggest some diet changes and lifestyle activities..My age is 31.Still also I am worried..any angiogram needed .Bp140/80

Hi, My husband was diagnosed with SVT condition in Nov 2017. We were abroad at that time and doctors there suggested to go for Laser ablasion. But we didnt do it as we were not sure about going for it. He was under medication for 10 days post which doctor suggested to stop as he is young. He is 29 years old. What are the precautions or dietary restrictions that he should follow to not get svt again? Thanks

I have this cramp which is on my upper left chest, right below the neck and adjoining collar bone. It's been there for the past month or so and I feel a pain only when I stretch my left arm above head, or when I am taking my shirt off, or when I come of from a face down lying position with pressure on my left arm. It is weird because this has lasted so long. As per me and my body, it shouldn't have lasted that long. Now I am not sure what it is and what can I do about it. Please suggest what should I do?
