Fear of heart condition
I had a panic attack last month but after a few days I developed a chest tightness. Then I had another attack. I went to the doctor ,had my ecg and it read possible preexcitation syndrome, though my doctor said I am fine. But still I'm lightheaded all the time and I have a little fast heartbeat. But the chest discomfort has gone away. I'm 17 years old male and currently on nebivolol

If it is pre exitation syndrome as your doctor said them it need to be addressed as there is always tendency of developing faster heart beats which may cause lightheadedness, giddiness and pt.may need to take emergency injection in causality to subside  this abnormal pattern of heart beats. You need a Electrophysiologist for Electrophysiology study and RFA  will be needed to ablate this extra pathway generating abnormal faster heart beats
