Hi....some time I getting pain just below the right side Of chest when I laugh tho much or in tension so its a normal or thing to worry.

Chest pain. I spent all Monday night in the ER they did an EKG, x rays, labs, and a CT. All were clear they told me it was probably just a viral infection in my lungs. Two week before it starts suddenly symptoms were confusion, heartbeat increasing,lightheaded.i had full body checkup and found vitamin d 14.8 and B12 170.4 (which were low), and heart beat was : 43 doc gave me a prescription where there is a B12 dose (Mon & thu in a week,6 times), and vitamin D dose(1 time in a month) i am still struggling with lighthead but the heartbeat increasing problem is gone. Question if vitamin D is too low than B12 what there is only 1 injection dose. what should i do

Three years back I was diagnosed with young hypertension.I was then 15 years old.My symptoms were constant headache.I was advised by a doctor to undergo all types of tests from Ultrasound to ECO/ECG,blood tests,etc.....All reports were 100% perfect and showed no problem.Doc said that It was hereditary......he advised me Antihypertensive medication...Every three months I get BP checked it is always normal 120-130/80...I have medication nifedibine.can I stop medicines.or reduce medicines.......
