I am 46 year old and diagnosed with grade 1 diastolic dysfunction so what kind of precautions and diet plan should i follow. ??

I have to go to the merchant navy's medical and i smoke over the past 4-5 years i have to know what his tar spots appears in chest x-ray and if spot comes so what should i do to clear him

I am suffering from inflammation in heart pain.Pain is also at perfect back to heart tickling to left hand.Some time pressure in head.I hv done all test ecg,stress test,2d echo test,sonography.But all are indicates no problem.No major acidity problem too.I have some problem regarding respiration as i had acute bronchitis in 2015.But its pain usualy at center.Heart pains at left.Pls suggest precise solution.thnx
