My father had gone for surgery of right internal carotid arteries block. carotid endarterectomy. Now issues Is that about weakness, showings less interest in activities, less speaking and salvia is coming while sitting only

I am have a severe to mild chest pain since 3 days and. Sweating sometimes the pain increases and results into hardness in chest

Had subclavian aneurysm in the right hand. That was evident from a pulsating mass above the right collar bone. Doctor installed a sefl expandable stent in it. After the operation the pulsating mass still exists. The doctor says some portion of the aniurysms is leaking out from the neck of the aniurysms which is causing the pulsating feeling even after the operation. My question is since the major part of the aniurysms has been stent covered is there any chance of the artery getting ruptured ?

Question about my blood pressure when I’m relaxed it’s mostly normal but when I get up walk to bathroom or walk around outside my diastolic pressure as risen up to 104 is that normal

My mother aged 60 yrs have been suffering from blockage of one of the artery in heart. It is the main artery in heart.  80percent of it, is blocked. We a question to what to do,whether to choose bypass surgery, ECP, EECP or to have 20 injections by the doctor which can cure 50 percent of it for sure and if we still corporate with it by doing walking and having sufficient amount of cholesterol, it can cure 30 percent and even more. So, I in a confused state about what to choose, so I need your suggestion.

Dear Doctor, I am 39 years old going to become 40 soon, my weight 113kg. Height 5feet six inches. I have Asthma from  childhood, High BP from 2011 on medication stamlo 5 mg once a day, urticaria I have Cetzine daily from 2011, and ulcer from 2011 recently was on Esogress D medication. My recent ECG and Echo cardiogram is fine. I have constant pain over chest with slight pressure feeling. I don't know is it heart or ulcer? Please advise what test to do to know the cause of pain over chest?
