My Bp is 158/107 and heart beat rate is 100 I am 95kgs 5.6 height age, 32. Kindly suggest a medicine

Got the ecg done Not sure if this is normal Pain in the left shoulder arm and neck since yesterday. Pain shifts to neck arm but it pains only when he tries to move his arm. No problem of breathing or indigestion

My heart hasnt stopped racing in weeks sweating feeling like im falling pins and needles in fingers and toes when i relax sitting down wake up shortness of breath feeling like my lips are numb struggle to breathe back to normal - every second to third night.

I have been having chest pains for about 5 days now. My heart feels like its fluttery sometimes, and feels like its pounding constantly. I wake up with a headache that stays all day too. Aspirin knocks the headache down a little, but it doesn't go away completely. I've been checking my blood pressure at home, it's been around 138 over 95, an pulse is around 98. I've also noticed the white fat ring around the outside of my eyes colored part. I'm 42, male. Heart disease runs in my family.
