I have chest bone pain onel left side since last 5 year. Is there any problem related to heart issue or any symptoms of cardiac arrest

I have a left shoulder blade pain which becomes intense when I am stressed and left chest pain. Also, there is a pain in the left hand in the forearms. I also have a neck pain. I consulted a cardiologist a year back and done all the tests which were normal. My blood pressure had raised so I am on a tablet now. I also did MRI which showed the mild compression between c4 and c5.

I've been experiencing occasional fluttering and weakness sensation in the chest area. I weigh 61 kilos and my height is 5 feet 2 inches. My lifestyle is sedentary as I don't have time to do exercise. My work involves me of sitting in front of a laptop whole day.

My father is 73 years old. He is diabetic and bp patient . His 2 arteries 80% blocked and one artery is 60% blocked . He is taking medicine for heart problem. Doctor told us these medicine is to prevent heart attack. How long these medicine prevent heart attack?
