Child suffering from bicuspoid aortic valve condition.and his Heart sound feeling from body.mean Aortic pressure increased from reference values

I 've been having left side chest pain near heart area and my heart bit also speedy in last 5 years.ecg and echo test report was normal plz help me....

Cpk-mb test result was 20.66. (normal range 0-25) Is it an indication for heart issues? Sometimes I feel burning sensation in chest. ECG was normal and I do have history for gastro.
