Constant shifting left side chest pain
Sir i am having a shifting left side dull chest pain for two month. I am a hypothyroid patient currently on thyrox 100 mcg. My recent TSH is 0.66. I am taking medicine for BP and on Arbitel AM. My ecg is normal, TMT normal with good heart function, echo normal but only mild concentric LVH. Sir my cholestrol is 190, triglyceride 125 and HDL and LDL within normal range. I haveI have also constant gas problem. My cardiologist is suggesting that there is no heart problem . Kindly suggest remedies.
