  4. Constant pain in chest. Please help me!

Constant pain in chest
Hi sir I'm experiencing constant pressurising pain in chest neck and shoulder I took my echo tmt two months back both came out normal my cardiologist told me not to worry about heart but the pain is making me feel anxious because of this I'm in constant fear of heart attack please help me

It could be cervical radiculopathy. Consult an orthopedic surgeon
