I am a 41 year old male, smoker, slim and athletic body, weight 77 kgs, height 5'12". Kindly advice on my recent lipid profile results: Total cholesterol - 224, triglycerides-105, HDL-52, LDL-155, CHOL/HDL - 4.3, LDL/HDL-3.0, low density lip-21.

Hi. My SGPT/SGOT is 169/65 respectively & bilirubin is 1.2. However, the lipid profile results are giving me nightmares. Cholesterol is 275, Triglycerides is 290, HDL is 37, LDL is 193 and Non HDL is 238. Please suggest the kind of medication that I can start taking immediately & also what kind of food substances to take & what to strictly avoid.
