Heart Problems & Remedies

Hi.. I'm 33 years male with six feet height and 110kg weight. For last 5 to 6 months I sometimes feel a slight pain in chest left side and sometimes Sinking Feel as if someone is pulling my heart down. Feeling comes on its own without any increases physical activity and goes away on its own in few minutes. I visited doctor also. He got my ECG and Chest x-ray.. Both are normal. Sugar level and Cholesterol also normal. Then HS-Trop-i test came less than 1.5 also. But vitamin D came out 4.5 (deficiency) Doctor told me this pain should not be cardiac related and I should not worry. But still I'm not clear why this pain occurs sometimes. And thought of it puts me in anxiety. I m a non drinker and non smoker. No history of Diabetes or Cardiac Disease in my Family also. Plz give some advice. Any feedback would be much appreciated..!!

I'm suffering from chest pain chest tightness n chest burning in left side... I feel very tight in my left side of chest... Breathing problem too... Left hand sharp pain... I have to hospital like 3 times they have checked my ecg n my ecg is normal ... All the time they r saying that no need to worry everything is normal.. I'm very scared that I'm going to die frm heart attack

My dad had mild pain in left hand and underwent Angiogram three days back as we got "mildly positive inducible ischemia" in TMT. catheter was sent through left hand. Angio result is "optimal medical treatment". Doctor suggested few medicines, post Angio he is getting pain in both the arms (right hand he had IV) and near neck. Is this something alarming? Initial thought was this could be a neuro problem since my dad is diabetic Doc suggested for ECG, which had pos result followed by TMT and Angio

Anxiety and stress are all mind level things. Does this actually results in physical reaction? Like chest pain, choking throat, sudden palpitations etc. If so, how does it affect us physically?

My father have some problem in his chest. In emergency we admitted in hospital my father is so weak to do TMT test so the doctor of hospitals suggest angiography test so I want to know what qualification need a doctor to do angiography test. Or angiography test can do any one or qualified doctor team?

Im having chest and back pain on my left side but my ecg is normal ehat does it means

1.Can I play shuttle every day for half an hour Is there any problem  that I can face it if so what I have to do 2.can I take a alcohol small quantity every day i heard that it is good to heart. Pl suggest me

Sir,I am high bp patient .and when my bp come normal ,however I feel stress and sadness continuously last 2 yr..my ECG is normal and all blood come normal ...or I feel stress during physical activity such as bathe,walk etc..plz suggest me

Actually i am having chest pain on both the side of my chest is lasts for a very short period of time...

My husband had an angioplasty 15 months back and he was prescribed certain medications to be consume daily. I would like to know that for how long the medications has to continued? I would definately consult the cardiologist before taking any step. Just for my knowledge would like to know that are the medications to be taken life long? Thank you in advance.
