I've been having chest pain and my heart is beating super fast am sweating lose of appetite back pain head ache i feel nausea for the past one month

I have a gastric problem last 1 year but last 4 days i getting a needle pain in chest upper part..is this realted to a heart problem..i try to burping my age is 26

Hi, I've been having chest pain on the left side in the past. Test like ECG and ECHO have revealed everything is fine. Doctor says it's due to anxiety. My age 44yrs, height 6ft, weight 89 kls. I used to weigh 100 kls which with regular exercise have reduced to 88-89. The pain starts from chest and shifts to left hand. At times for very long period of time there is no pain whatsoever at all. Please suggest. Thank you.

Everytime i get lind of panick and anxious, i kind of feel trembling in my hands. my voice trembles. most importantly i feel pain in my chest and left arm. also one of the vein in the left forearm bulges out sometimes. the pain in chest is like heart throbbing. what possiblu could be happening to me in such situations??
