High triglycerides
Im 30 years old n out of curiousity had my lipid profile test today where total cholestrol is 230, hdl is 39 and ldl is 125. One which is abnormal is tryglicerides wh ich came 402..i dont have anythng cholestrol related problem when it comes to genes or hereditery however i do like eating outsides over weekends and do have bad eating habbits.is there anything to worry about?please suggest some good foods to elevate hdl and reduce tryglycerides.
