I did a echo in 2019 and it showed diastolic dysfunction and when i did it in 2020 it showed no diastolic dysfunction so I wanted to know can it be reversed both reports were otherwise normal on Google it showed it happens in old people why it happen to me my bp,sugar,thyroid all are normal. I got done an Angiography and an Echo at the hospital. At the time of Discharge I was given two cds one for each test. I did not get any printed report. Is this how it is supposed to happen or should I ask for a printed report
