Patient diagnosed diabetes around one and half years ago. From last 7 to 8 months  sometimes he feels heavy chest with burning sensation whole day and light pain in left side of body from neck to leg. Sometimes when he sit on chair for a long time he feels swelling on legs. He done ECG on 25 sep 2020. Want to know about the reports and his health condition. Is there any problem or risk factor for heart??

Hi Sir, My father is 73 yrs old. He is diabetic from past 30 years, and bp from past 20 years. Recently he was facing heartburn issue while doing morning or evening walk. And once in day time he faced similar problem, while resting. We consulted general doctor and they told it could be because of gas problem or  heart attack symptom. They gave antacid syrup and suggested for ecg, echo, treadmill test. Ecg is good. Echo is good. After seeing treadmill test report, doctor was confused and suggested for second opinion and also gave ecosprin along with antacid for 15 days. Now he didn't face heart burn issue in past weeks, so should we consider it as gas/ acidity problem only? Attached are reports for your reference. Thanks in advance.

Hello Doctors Couple of days I am having pain in left side of the chest. Thought was might be gastric but it did not cured even having gastric medicine. So met doctor yesterday and took ECG and echo which came has normal. So doctor said it might be spasm on the chest so he gave medicine. But still the pain resides. Even took X-ray of the chest which came normal. What might be the problem. The pain resides for the whole day but it is bearable. The pain is in one Point between the ribs. Do I need to go for TMT. Please suggest. Note: No heart or BP problem from my parents history.

My aunt had major chest pain yesterday and a Troponin I test revealed a level of 3000 ng/L ( ref < 19 ). Does this mean she had a major heart attack ? The doctor yesterday had said it was minor
