Pfo+( 2m) and pda in new born babyheart
Baby born on 28/09/2020.children doctor suggest to 2d echo. in report it shows normal study but i report it shows
1.pfo+ (2m) L->R shut
2. small pda L->R shut.
am attached writen 2d echo report. please suggest me what am do now. it is curable or any serious condition or normally seen in childern.

Pain in Ribes
Have been diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea arnd June 2019.I do use CPAP machine when I sleep. However since past few mnths haven't used it as was not reqd. Now since past few days when using it & get up in the mrng for initial few mins I do experience solid pain on my ribs which disappears in next few mins once I leave my bed but this pain is something i have to bear & deal with every mrng or everytime I get up frm my sleep while using CPAP machine. Pls help 🙏
