Recent test shows Low HDL cholesterol and high triglycerides. Please suggest any medicine and attached lab test report.

I have slight pain in left chest regularly since three months. My ECG and Echo test are normal. Also this pain radiate to left arms. I have no pain during morning walk/ running/ exercise and also during playing badminton for one hour. I have consulted many doctors but everyone says it is nothing and due to gastric and stress... My dad underwent bypass surgery last November.. he is under medication after that.. he is taking clopitab A, Rosuvastatin-20 mg, antidiabetic medicines, Amlokind 2.5 mg and Revelol xl -50 and epineuron.. today blood test showed CPK LEVEL to be 217. Is it a cause of worry?
