Hello Doctor, I am 21 Years Male. Don't Smoke & Don't Drink. I am experiencing palpitations & discomfort in my heart, every morning when I wake up in the morning I feel pressure in heart and this happens most of the time in a day, I feel beating sensation in my chins, and sometimes in left shoulder.
