Heart issue or Gas issue

How to differentiate between Angina and Heartburn? I something have some kind of sensation in the left part of upper chest. Sometimes when I am lying on bed I feel squeezing type of sensation in my left part of chest. Also I do have some gas issues.I am confused where this is Heartburn or Angina. Please help me.

My mother 65 years old in march 21st i did a general check up annd doctor said ecg myocardial infraction and echo normal but doctor said do angiogram for future purpose i asked doctor he said not emergency but for future no problems and now she doesn't have any symptoms and healthy i wish want to do angiogram. ??

Sir/Madam, Tapse=20 and Diastolic compliance is reduced (impaired relaxation) E:A 0.90 and systolic is Good. ECG shows high pulse. Pulse rate sometimes goes high and sometimes normal.
