Is it dangerous if LDL CHOLESTEROL IS 212 ?? How to reduce it And which Oil To be used for everyday purpose ??

Hello sir When i wakeup Suddenly and laydown Suddenly after within 10 sec... I feel squeezing chest to neck head pressure... And my heart rate goes slow but beat with force...

I am suffering from heart anxity and panic attack since 2 years I am done all cardiac tests including ct angio all are coming normol but when panic attack comes I feels nausea and fast heart beat around 90 to 100 and when I am completed my lunch my heart rate is goes up and pain in neck comes,and I am not able to control my self I have also spondylitis wt can I do panic attack can cause heart problems ?my heart rate normolly is 65 to 75 wt can I do

I am done all cardiac tests all are normol  my heart rate is around 60 to 65 is it good I am using telvas 20 I am not a exercise person and some times when I tensed or I have spondylitis so when neck pain comesheart goes to 90 and some times 60 to 70 is it ok

My Lv mass of the heart came as 216. Is it normal please guide me. What is the normal range for it. Attached is the report for reference.

I had ultracet for my back pain and accidentally drank off half bottle cough syrup instead of 5 ml as I had not used the measuring cap. That day I got lot of giddiness and heart palpitations which got settled after 2 days. However last night as well had the similar episode. Was feeling slightly giddy and palpation was there. Bp was normal and ecg had bmp of 100. Its a feeling like when you get scared. Please advise as I have 2 kids and I am very much worried.

Doctor wants me to do stress test coz of constant chest discomfort radiating to left arm n dizziness along with nausea but three times went to hospital n cudnt get it done- first time felt extreme nausea, fast heartbeat before test Second n third time chest pain already dere before test... Can u suggest me alternative to stress test?? The dobutamine one is not available in my town...

High BP - 154/93 latest. BP since past 2 days. Taking telmiduce 40 as prescribed. No previous heart condition or BP issue. Tests conducted - ECG is normal and No sugar.
