Hi I am 23 yrs old and due to medical emergency of my family members I didn't get enough sleep to be precise I was in depressed state for two days and I have some mild pain in chest for two days though my ECG,Scan and ECHO reports are normal still Iam facing mild pain when I hear loud noise or even phone ringtone attached my report for your reference kindly please do let me know what it is.. thanks..

Hi, I'm a 17 year old male, My blood pressure is usually around 130/60... or 125/60, 120/60 when I'm calm. I do have anxiety... Related to health... This is happening to me since 6 months. I feel a bounding pulse all the time... Like an earthquake is happening when i lay down.. This is really disturbing... I want to know... What can i do to INCREASE the DBP AND HOW? I am pretty sure that the bounding pulse is due to the DBP I WANT TO GET BACK NORMAL.. I EXERCISE TOO... BHT I DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL HELP.
