Bad thoughts
I am living a sedentary lifestyle and for that reason I don't have any activity due to this lockdown and I am having stomach upset and gas issue for that reason I am suffering shorness of breath and feeling that I am having a heart attack and I am gonna die but after taking a medicine like Rantac 300 everything comes down normal , can you tell me what is the issue ?

Relax Do this everyday at least once and repeat whenever you are stressed or feel uneasy 1. Close your eyes and take deep breath and make it as deep as you can for 10 to 20 times. Wait for 2 minutes then do it again. Repeat 5 times 2. Sit down and drink a glass of water slowly. 3. Try to take a nap or eat something tasty. 4. Make a dairy and write all your thoughts before sleeping. 5. Sit in the sun for 10 mins in the morning and evening 6. Try sleeping in prone position... Its gives more oxygen 7. Spend at least 1 hr with family or friends and 1 hr Playing With kids or animals daily. 8. Do not spend more than 2 hours per day on social media. 9. Stop watch any and all New channel or Drama serials. 10. No sad songs no sad videos no sad talks... Nothing sad should enter your mind. 11.  Watch, listen aur read only and only positive and happy things. 12. Stop talking or meeting people who talk negative about you aur about anybody else There is no other way to cure a psychological problem without following all these points. I can only give you the direction you have to to walk on it by yourself the more dedicated you are the more focused you are the better the results will be the sooner you will get completely cured
