My total cholesterol 234, tryglicerides 169, hdl cholesterol 46.2 and non hdl cholesterol is 193. Want to know how risky is it. Does it requires medication or lifestyle changes would help.

My father underwent angioplasty 20 days ago.After angioplasty he is having vomitting..he vomits most of the solids he eats. Other than fruits, ragi malt, some dosas he vomits any solids he takes.

BP generally remains 95/160 . Lower one gets slightly down but always 140. Non drinker non smoker. Non vegetarian

In my sleep sometimes my heart rate going beyond 100 and below 50. Is it normal. Can I bring it to normal by any natural procedure. In recent check up I have harmonal imbalance and vit d deficiency so am under medication.
