Shortness of breath, 2D Echo
My father 78 years age was having a problem of hafni for the past 1.5 years. Not regular but intermittent. Very active at this age. Consulted a GP who prescribed montair lc, rantac 150 twice a day, doxy 100, nutrolin b plus for 7 days. The GP recommrnded two tests . Lungs x ray pa view and 2D echo. The test report enclosed. I am Confused regarding final impression in 2DEchobb like concentric lvh, lvef 57 and lv diastolic dysfunction grade 1. About a month back got some tests for him. Total cholesterol 155, hdl direct 61, ldl direct 91 triglycerides 88, tc/hdl ratio 2.5, ldl/hdl 1.5, hvldl 17.6, non hdl 93.7 mg/dl, apolipoprotein a1 155, apo b is 72, apo b/ apo a1 0.5, rdw-sd 50.3, bun/ serum creatinine ratio 26.19, eGFR 84ml/min/1.73m2  uric acid 3.8. He is a patient of bph and prostatitis dince 2013. On contiflo d and zurig 40 since then. My question is: Any thing to worry about heart Is 2d echo normal or any thing there What is the hafni reason Enclosed xray film and 2D echo
