Total cholesterol and triglyceride level are increased 265 ,225 respectively.LDL 162- VLDL-45. Taking homeopathic medicine- PLEVENT Adel 28.now how can I manage lipid profile by lifestyle? what food item should be avoided and included? please help me. I am 31
