Chest tightness
Hello doc, my weight is 83.2kg I have chest tightness from 1 and half year. I went for regular ecg it is always normal and recently 1 month back I done with tmt negative result, 2d echo normal and ecg normal. But regular chest tightness I also consulted gastroenterologist, suggested me to use sompraz 40 for one month I also completed that. Even though chest pain is not going what's the reason behind it. Is it due to vitamin deficiency or anything else??? What to do please help

First check your BMI. Based on your Age, you are unlikely to have Heart Disease, unless you have a strong Family History of Heart Disease/ Sudden Cardiac Death etc. If u want to rule out any Coronary Artery Disease (Blockage of Heart Vessels), u can undergo CT Coronary Angiography or Conventional Angiography.
