Sinus arrthyamiam with sinus bradycardia

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Sir My heart beat on resting will be 50 to 60 and morning wake up time 48to 53 and chest discomfort some time. 6 months back I ahve checked ecg eho and tmt and also tropinin I and T all the reports were normal. In ecg says Sinus arrthyamiam with sinus bradycardia. Recently I checked endoscopy for gastritis purpose they said I having gerd. Also vitmin b12 and d dificency. Please suggest.

Good Afternoon, Some people do have low Heart Rate, which is Normal for them. Unless you are having Dizziness or Frequent Syncope, i don't think u need to be concerned. Still if u want, kindly consult & ask for a Holter Monitoring.
