From last few days my father's BP reading is coming around 185/50 - 188/44. At present he is taking Concor Plus and Tazloc 80. What can be done now? Please suggest if we need to increase the dose or change medication.

My mother had mitral valve replacement 2.5 years ago now the doctor is saying that there is vegetation mitral valve again she needs a surgery so in the surgical procedure they remove the vegetation or else replace mitral valve?? Any complications for 2nd time surgery?

Hello doctor, I'm a recovered Covid patient for about three weeks. Symptoms I'm having is high pulse rate sometimes for which I'm taking Prolomet XL 12.5 suggested by local doctor. Recently I was asked to do ECG, Holter and Electrocardiography. Do I need to stop Prolomet for few days for doing this tests or can I continue the medicine and perform these tests? My son 8 yr old has a heart rate between 88 to 125 during normal activity and sometimes while playing it goes up to 156. Is this normal? He has not complained of any short breath or any uneasiness, he seems active, but sometimes he says his heart is beating fast. When I place my hand in his chest i can feel it too. He is tall and thin built. All other activities are normal. Should I be worried?
