Respected doctors I notice that as i was lying on bed and after few hours as I walk out from bed my heart started beat fast but it's disappeared within couple of seconds what could be the reason

Hello, my weight is 85kgs I always feel tightness in the chest. I done tmt, ecg and echo everything is normal. I consulted gastroenterologist and also pulmonologist for the same but no use. About 2 days back, my mother's blood pressure peaked to about 240-200 for a few minutes in the middle of the night and then lowered down. The doctor has asked to conduct a 2D Echo but said everything was normal. And ECG was conducted the very next day and attached are the results of the same.
