Can a patient who recently had stents installed in LAD arteries take nicotine gums/skin patches? He is an avid smoker who had a heart surgery due to calcium depositition and arterial blockage. The Doctor who operated on him is currently unavailable for consultation. The patient now has some severe withdrawal symptoms and craves smoke..

Iam taking anti hypertension drugs. Iam taking 3 readings at a single row that means each time I take 3 readings. First reading shows little bit high, 2 and 3 reading shows normal. Which reading should be taken highest or lowest. During first reading iam very anxious. Ex: 1 reading 130/86 2 reading 120/80 3 reading 115/78 Bp monitor is calibrated.Test with other patients but it shows all readings all closer but my situation they shows like same as above . Regards.

High blood pressure problem 160/90. Doctor prescribed Telmi AM but pressure not coming down. Kindly suggest if I can use Telmi AMH . Dosage and duration also please

I am feeling chest pain anytime of day.it has no specific position or time. sometims it radiates toward jaw and left shoulder. i am facing these issue from last 4 month.  i am feeling headache and little bit dizziness and headache start after eating . butterfly and anxiety  in stomach starts anytime without thinking. i did STRESS TMT , ECHO , ECH AND ALL BLOOD TEST...ALL ARE NORMAL BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO GET RID OF IT WHAT SHOULD I DO. whats can be the reason behind it.

I have sever anxiety and depression symptoms since last few years. A couple of panic attcks but now ECG changes. Troponin was within limits. Following ECHO and Angiography are normal. Is my heart ok? Can I do tough excercise? I feel sharp pain sometimes for few seconds in heart area which goes away quickly. Why ECG is changed? What to do for weakness. My feets are always cold.

Since evening I am having pain under left collar bone. I am diagnosed with acid reflux since Sunday I am taking proton pump inhibitor. My mother is 68 yrs old, she is on medications of blood pressure morning Concor Am 2.5 and night Telmijub 40. She generally has a little higher triglycerides than normal range and vldl higher 2/3 points higher than normal range. She had an echo test done before the onset of pandemic that's around Jan '20 which depicted a result of sinus tachycardia lvl on a slighter note. Is it safe to go for covid vaccination? Kindly suggest.
