I have very low pulse rate sometimes while I faint and it drops to below 60 like 52/53/46.I feel very much tired. And recently after recovering from covid I have been diagonosed with microvascular blockage.for that I am taking ecosprin 75 and ivabid.sometimes severe chest pain occurs and I feel pain regulating in my chest,left arm,shoulder and jaw. What should I do know? Do I need pacemaker for that extreme low heart rate?

My friend's dad has proximal 80%om, dominant 85% rca, 50% mild lad, heart blockage after check up. He was planning for a knee cap surgery in couple of weeks, however, after this heart check up result they are doubtful to go for the knee cap surgery.
