Cheat pain and breathing problems when brisk waking/climbing stairs.ecg,echo,TMT all normal.taking bp medicines for 1 year(Telma 40mg bd & Concor 5 OD).No diabetes and cholesterol.Thyroid also normal.Currently normal BP. History of GERD and Costochondritis. If chest pain starts it lasts for 2 days 3 days(Continuous pain). Normal walking ok upto 10 km per day without breathing problems. Too much anxiety and unable to concentrate on work. Please advise what to do.

I had covid 19 in the month of October. I have hypothyroidism since 8years and kidney stones from 2 years.in covid home isolation I feel well no major illness occur.after 1 month that is November I feel  pressure  and burning sensation chest. I consult doctor I done chest x ray lungs r normal doctor gave gastric tablets.in periods time my heart skipping 5 heart beats I feel exciting I am not comfortable.i consult doctor he checked my BP it is normal u not have any heart problem, u have thyroid problem so all of this heart palpitations caused by thyroid.heart palpitations can be cured? Please suggest me what to do
