I get pain in my left arm after having food mostly lunch or dinner. The pain starts from the front of the tip of the shoulder and goes till the end of the arm. I also have cervical spondylosis and pinched nerve but that pain usually feels different as it flows from the lower part of the whole arm to fingers but this one goes from front part of shoulder to hand. I have a very sedentary lifestyle with only 30 min walking and resting/lying for the rest of the day. Even also at normal walking my heart rate goes to 120. I am unable to do exercise because of cervical. I went for the tmt test before i started having this pain and that time doctor said its ok. I have cholesterol around 230. In the last 5 years, my cholesterol was 400. Please advise as to what should i get checked. Regards, Rahul Sharma

Hello, My father is aged 65 (weight 61 kg), and he has arrhythmia, his heartbeat increases to more than 150 sometimes. He is also on thyroid and hypertension medication. Listing his medication below: Flecarite 100 mg Telmisartan 40 mg CTD 6.5 Rivaroxaban 20 mg Metoprolol 12.5 mg Thyronorm 37.5 mg In addition to this he has high uric acid and borderline triglycerides. (recently diagnosed) Would it be safe for him to go for the covid vaccine? Which one would be safer, covaxin or covishield?

My grandmother is operated as she has broken thigh joint in September. She has high blood pressure issues today at 12:00am i gave her depin 20 mg and now at 1:30 am she still showing bp of 160/94 does this medicine take time. She is also having anti depression nexito plus and pain killer doses.

My last few BP readings of 10 days at different time ranges between 130 to 140 by 75 to 86 range. I am a 71 years male diabetic since 40 years but under control with strict diet control and insulin shorts. I underwent Aortic valve replacement in 2001 after which I was put on blood thinner, Acitrom medication which I take 4mg daily. I also take BP medicine for hypertension. My query is myself being on blood thinner do taking of covid 19 vaccine would be safe for me? In order words does the administration of covid 19 virus recommended for persons on blood thinner with medical history of cardiovascular and diabetic since long.
