Today for little bit chest pain I went to emergency  my heart is rate 113in ecg in 2d 132 pls suggest me sir doctor was not there

So my friend's left shoulder is paining since 2 weeks and the pain is radiating till left wrist. In shoulder it's like stabbing pain. Orthopaedic Dr asked for X-ray & nothing abnormal was there. Dr then diagnosed my friend with hyper mobility syndrome as his tip of thumb can touch wrist. And told him to do physiotherapy. And my friend was 110kg 3years back and now he is 81kg. So I wanted to know The left shoulder pain could it be because of any underlying cardiac disease?

I'm attaching angiogram report please suggest whether stenting is required or not and what procedure to be followed thanks in advance

Hi, my brother got infected with covid 19 a few months back and still have symptoms like constant racing heart rate, tremors, tinnitus, fatigue, etc. He is 30 years old and followed extremely healthy & fit lifestyle before corona. His echo was normal a couple of months back. Cardiologist had mentioned arrhythmia back then. However, lately he has started experiencing chest pain while walking or climbing stairs with elevated heart rate. His resting heart rate is 80-100 and it goes upto 150-180 when he starts walking. He is unable to perform day to day activity after covid. He has got NT Pro BNP done and its value is 160. Does it indicate initial stage of heart failure?? Should we get some other tests done??

Feeling severe pain just inside the portion bottom of left rib. I sometimes feel blood id blocked in artery as I have a feeling that blood is let out in artety very pressurised like we let flow of water from pipe placing a finger at the til with some gap. Unsure if this is gastric or cardiac issue. Pls help
