Hello doctor , my mother undergone ECG , echo, chest xray where echocardiogram and chest x ray says both the results are normal. Whereas doctor said there may be or.may not be blockages on seeing ecg .could you please advise on seeing you ecg and kindly advise on next steps .attached ecg and echo here .please find it

My mother is diabetic and detected with atrial fibrillation. Earlier she was taking glizen mf1 pre lunch and obimet sr 500 post dinner and her sugar level was within 140.However now she is prescribed trajenta and her pp sugar is 191 ..for high bp she takes stamlo5 and pradaxa 110 twice a day for atrial fibrillation..What is the safest medicine for maintaining her sugar level within 140 .
